About Gawlik's Catering
We are a full-service catering facility established in 1994 in Muskegon, Michigan. For the past thirty years, we have provided the lakeshore community with our freshly prepared foods and impeccable service. Our reputation is best known for quality foods, using only the freshest ingredients prepared on the day of the event. We offer appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a two-meat buffet, a Polish plate, on-site grilling, and business lunches, along with package specials. Our dishes range from well-known American entrees to authentic Polish cuisine and everything in between. We will travel to your location, or can provide a list of area banquet facilities we service. For your convenience, we offer pick-up, buffet-style, and drop-off services for our private and business clientele. We do it all and the best of all and promise to make your event a memorable one.

Service Types
We offer pickup, buffet, or drop-off service.
What We Provide:
All service types include disposable tableware, napkins, and serving utensils.
Leftovers
Leftovers are packaged up and left at the event, provided there is proper refrigeration. Other arrangements may be made to pick up leftovers if refrigeration is unavailable.
Billing
Payment for private events is due in full two weeks before the event. Corporate accounts are billed according to company policy. We accept cash, and checks for payment.
Additional Banquet Services
Customize your event with table linens, fine china, silverware, table favors, chocolates, upgraded disposable fancy fluted dinnerware, evening snacks or appetizers, a punch fountain, ice sculptures, table decorations, professional cake cutting, or chafing dish rentals. We also accommodate special requests such as vegetarian meals, ethnic foods, food allergies, diet plates, a favorite family recipe, or menu adjustments to fit your budget.
Booking Your Reservation
Call to reserve the date of your event and to make an appointment to meet with our event planner. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is collected to hold the date. Corporate events may be set up by calling our office at (231) 777-5600.
